ingredient. You don't necessarily need to spend long preparing the recipes.

Bacon Bruschetta
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients 
- A few rashers of Danish Bacon
- 1 fresh ciabatta
- A few mushrooms
- Chopped garlic
- Fresh thyme
- Sliced red onion
- Seasoning
Method
- Sprinkle chopped garlic over mushrooms, add a drizzle of olive oil and put under pre heated grill until mushrooms are sizzling.
- Place rashers of Danish Bacon under grill and cook according to preference. Meanwhile cut the ciabatta, brown until crisp on outside in skillet or frying pan.
- Fill ciabatta with garlic mushrooms, rashers of Danish Bacon, sprinkle of fresh thyme, thinly sliced red onion, add seasoning and serve.

Danish Bacon and Turkey Baguette
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients 
- 2 rashers of Danish Bacon
- Cold sliced Turkey
- Fresh baguette
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Cranberry sauce
- Seasoning
Method
- Take fresh baguette and slice. Smear with mayonnaise and cranberry sauce. Layer with cold turkey and Danish Bacon fresh from the grill.
- Add lettuce, tomato and seasoning.
- Enjoy!

Danish Bacon and avocado bagel
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients 
- 2 rashers of Danish Back Bacon
- 1 bagel
- Sliced avocado
- Tomato salsa
- Sour cream
Method
- Toast a bagel bottom half, pile on sliced avocado.
- Add a couple of rashers of grilled Danish back bacon.
- Top with tomato salsa, a dollop of sour cream and freshly chopped coriander.
- Season to suit your tastebuds and serve with lime wedge on the side.
