Danish Meat Trades College
| The Danish Meat Trades College is a formally
recognised educational establishment, founded in 1964 by Danish
slaughterhouses to encourage meat industry training. It is largely
supported by subscription to training programmes and is now a world
class training facility. All food industry staff in Denmark must
participate in food hygiene training, and the vast majority have
undertaken courses devised by the Meat Trades College. |
